By placing an order through Crocsyworld, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Missing Return Label?
No worries — we do not include return labels in our packages.
To request a return or exchange, simply contact us at [email protected]. Our support team will assist you through the process.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Your order number and full name
A screenshot or receipt as proof of purchase
A brief explanation for the return
Attach photos or a video of the defective or damaged item (if applicable)
Once we confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receiving your package), you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer free exchanges for items that are:
Damaged or defective
Incorrectly shipped
Not the correct size according to your order

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized items.
In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.
After that period, the order may have already entered production and may no longer be cancelable.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Crocsyworld is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
